John Nagle
Principal
John is a Chartered Accountant and registered Tax Agent. As the owner of Nagle & Co, John has over 30 years experience in the accounting and taxation field. John comes from a family of accountants and has a vast experience across a wide range of industries.
Kelly Claassen
Principal
Kelly is a Chartered Accountant, registered Tax Agent and holds a Certificate of Public Practice. Kelly has worked in public practice since 2003 and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in small and medium sized businesses across a range of industries and self managed superannuation funds. Kelly assists clients with all aspects of accounting including financial accounting, compliance matters, tax planning, business structures and taxation advice. Ensuring efficient regulatory compliance, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach that fosters long-term relationships.
Nicole Russell
Principal
Nicole has a wealth of experience having worked in public practice accounting firms for over 25 years, and has guided a broad range of clients across that time. Her focus these days is generally on business clients, property investors and self-managed super funds, with proactive ‘Plain English’ advice her passion. Nicole also has a background in Financial Planning, and therefore sees the importance of ensuring a collaborative and communicative relationship between a client’s advisors. Nicole enjoys the challenge of staying abreast of the constant changes in Income Tax and Superannuation legislation, and keeping both staff and clients fully informed. She is a Chartered Accountant, and holds a Certificate of Public Practice with Chartered Accountants ANZ.
Steve Guarnaccia
Accountant
Steve is a CPA Accountant with over 20 years experience in the industry. Steve has been with Nagle & Co since 2004. Steve provides and assists a wide range of client’s needs from taxation, business matters, personal consulting and superannuation in a friendly and easy to grasp manner.
Neil McDonald
Accountant
Neil is a highly experienced CPA Accountant with over 30 years in the industry, providing expert financial guidance to clients across a diverse range of sectors. From sole traders to large manufacturers and high-wealth individuals, Neil offers tailored solutions in financial accounting, tax planning, business structures, and compliance matters. His dedication to keeping taxation obligations up to date ensures clients can focus on their business with confidence and peace of mind.
Sally Jackson
Accountant
Sally is a CPA Accountant who has worked in public practice and private enterprise.
Sally works part time and assists in preparing financial statements, tax returns, payroll and BAS for a wide range of clients.
She is an experienced user of accounting software including MYOB, QuickBooks, and Xero.
Jo Lockman
Administration
Jo starting working at Nagle & Co in 2002. Jo’s main role is our Practice Manager and software guru. Jo work’s closely with clients to setup online accounting solutions, provide training and troubleshooting with a range of software including MYOB, Xero & Quickbooks. Jo also assists with accounts preparation and BAS lodgements.
Amanda Ward
Bookkeeper
Amanda came to us in May 2024 after managing a Manufacturing Company for over 15 years.
She is now studying and completing a Cert IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping and assists in preparing financial statements, tax returns and BAS for a wide range of clients.
Tracey Rasmussen
Administration
With 17 years in the finance industry, Tracey is our ‘Class’ superannuation software guru, and assists in the preparation of SMSF Annual Financial Statements and Tax Returns. She is also in charge of our firm’s administration functions, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly from new client onboarding to delivery of financial packages, and everything in between!
Shirley Ricketts
Receptionist
Shirley joined the Nagle & Co Administration team in 2023. Shirley’s role includes managing reception, ASIC compliance and using her organisational skills to support the team.
